Molson Canadian Nova Scotia Music Week is crossing the causeway for the first time and heading to Cape Breton Island. The festival will take place in Sydney from November 7 to 10. With over 100 artists playing on multiple stages, Molson Canadian Nova Scotia Music Week is one of the largest music festivals in the region.
Music Nova Scotia executive director Scott Long sees the upcoming edition of Nova Scotia Music Week as an important milestone for the organization. According to Long, “Cape Breton Island is one of the most important music destinations in the world. Nova Scotia Music Week is about celebrating the music of our province and to say we are excited about hosting the event in Sydney would be an understatement. All are welcome and we look forward to our inaugural Cape Breton edition of Nova Scotia Music Week.”
To show appreciation to the local host community, organizers are offering a special ticket package that gives festival goers exclusive access to the event. “Sydney Steal” Passes are now on sale for $155 and hold a full retail value of over $300.
