East Coast artists/groups interested in submitting for Showcases and Awards to the 2010 East Coast Music Awards, Festival & Conference should get their submissions ready as deadlines are fast approaching. The 2010 event will take place in Sydney, Cape Breton, NS from March 4-7. All East Coast artists who have released recordings between June 1, 2008 and October 1, 2009 are eligible to submit.
The East Coast Music Awards, Festival & Conference is an annual event organized bythe East Coast Music Association as a critical part of its mission statement. The ECMA is a not-for-profit organization whose mandate it is to foster, promote and celebrate East Coast music locally and globally. The ECMA currently has 1000 members.
The Awards & Stages deadlines are as follows:
- ECMA SHOWCASES – Wednesday, September 16
- MUSIC& INDUSTRY AWARDS – Thursday, October 1
ECMA will not be extending deadlines therefore submissions must be received completed by the date indicated. All submission details and forms can be found onwww.ecma.com.
