I have been waiting for this one. But first of all, my apologies to Doug for missing his release party at the Capri. Now back to the music. If you have seen this energetic Glace Bay native perform live, then you know what to expect from Souped. “WOW!” When I had listened through this six song CD, I said “WOW!”. Out loud, to no one in particular. Seventeen minutes of fun (a little longer than other types of fun). And it can be enjoyed over and over again. Get Souped. It’s definitely worth the price of admission (so to speak). Working with Doug on this project are some very talented musicians… Ed Woodsworth (bass and gang vocal), Matt Foulds (drums and gang vocal). Jamie Foulds (background vocals) and Jennifer O’Keefe. This is my album pick of the month. “Maybe” and “Souped Up Cars” are wicked and the rest of the album is very good as well. I’m a fan. Great work. – Rick Matheson
