Mark Sparrow is a Business Development Officer for the Nova Scotia Co-operative Council's Eastern Region, Intake Officer for the Credit Union Loan Guarantee Program for the CBRM, a panelist for the Enterprising Non-Profits Nova Scotia Social Enterprise Grant Program, and Secretary of Lumiere Arts Festival Association.
