Step into the circle, if you dare! Come and experience the most frightening time of your life as you slowly revolve through a series of multiple sensory adventures.
The Circle of Terror is not a play. It is series of multiple sensory adventures. How does it work? In 15 minute intervals, groups of 10 to 15 people will be placed on a revolving stage to serve as the interceptors, the protective web that allows Dr. Rowland to cross over. He needs numbness, sensory deprivation. The revolving stage becomes a biological machine composed of your ashen organs. Purchase tickets as a group or individually. Individual ticket buyers will be assigned to a group.
Ticket price: $10 per person
Dr. Rowland is a character in the narrated story. He appears as the story is being told. As the stage revolves, with the people on it, the story about Dr. Rowland and his sister begins to be told. At this point Dr. Rowland is standing at the centre of the revolving stage. As the story unfolds we discover that Dr. Rowland has invited these people to be part of his experiment – he needs their sensory energy to help him get transported to another world to find his sister, who was taken away when they were children. All of the sensory effects mentioned in the story begin to happen to the participants. They will see images of Dr. Rowland and his sister as young children, they will begin to smell the scents that are mentioned in the story, they will feel the spider webs and the rats touch them. The show is done under Black Light, which means the participants will see only what we want them to see. They just stand on the turning stage and experience the story coming to life.
So, it is not a play. It is more like a ride at the circus – you get on the ride and experience the journey.
