Ron Caplan, editor of Breton Books, is launching a new collection of stories and memories of Cape Breton Christmases at home and away. The book features works from writers such as Tessie Gillis, Paul MacDougall, Jim St. Clair, Mabel Bell, Wanda Robson, Fr. Roman Dusanowskyj, and many others. Join us for readings and refreshments. Books will be available for sale, just in time for Christmas.

CBC Mainstreet will broadcast from the launch. Royalties from all sales of “Cape Breton’s Christmas” will go to CBC’s Light Up A Life” campaign.
